Migration flows in the Tula region are provided by Tajikistan, Ukraine, Armenia and Vietnam. This is evidenced by the Tulastat data for 2022. At the same time, the number of arrivals is greater than the number of departures only in the case of Tajikistan.
The migration loss of the population amounted to 1077 people. In 2021, there was an increase in migration – 3951 people.
2,154 people left for non-CIS countries in 2021.
The largest share of migrants who arrived from the CIS member states falls on Tajikistan – 31.5%. Migrants from Ukraine accounted for 24%, Armenia – 13.3%, Uzbekistan – 8.7%, Republic of Moldova – 5.3%, Kyrgyzstan – 5%.
