The heads of information departments of a number of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan visited the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan in order to undergo an internship and exchange experience.
Paying special attention to the issues of informing, the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yuri Ilyin met with the delegates. So, Y. Ilyin spoke about the activities of the ministry, fulfillment And tasks related to the prevention, forecasting and monitoring of emergency situationsusing new technologies, he assessed the work of rescuers in various emergency situations, including the elimination of the consequences of the earthquake in Turkey. He also noted the importance of ongoing joint work between the rescue departments of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, expressed support for new trends in the activities of the press services.
The side of Tajikistan was represented by the Head of the Department for Public Relations of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Umeda Yusufi, employees of the government, local authorities, the Supreme Court, press services and other departments of state bodies of Tajikistan, such as the ministries of health and social protection, foreign affairs , education and science and home affairs.
“Thanks to the agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in the field of civil defense, prevention and elimination of emergency situations, there are certain achievements. In terms of exchanging experience and improving the skills of conducting emergency rescue operations, Tajik rescuers participate in the international gathering-seminar on rescue all-around “Kazspas”, which is regularly held at the training ground “Rock City – Astana” in the Almaty region, “said Minister during a meeting with representatives from Tajikistan at the Crisis Management Center.
During the dialogue, the official representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Ruslan Imankulov and the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations also shared their experience.
At the same time, the members of the delegation got acquainted with the work of the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where the head of the Center, Colonel of Civil Protection Aibol Akparov, spoke about the information exchange with the duty services of the emergency departments of the border countries and the round-the-clock activities of the duty dispatch services, the operational use of space monitoring data in to respond to various emergencies.
