The Kazakh bank Freedom finance will enter the Tajikistan market in September – October. This was announced by the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Tajikistan Valikhan Turekhanov, speaking at a business forum of the two countries in Dushanbe.
“Now Halyk Bank Tajikistan has left this market, in September – October Freedom finance bank will enter the Tajikistan market – this is one of the leading banks in Kazakhstan, it will be here in Tajikistan for your convenience,” the diplomat said, addressing business representatives .
In November 2022, Kazakh Forbes reported that Halyk Bank (“Halyk Bank”) decided to sell its subsidiary, Halyk Bank Tajikistan CJSC; in March of this year, the publication, citing the bank’s financial statements, reported that the “subsidiary” was sold to CJSC “Halyk Bank Tajikistan”.
