This time, we are talking about the quarrel between an inspector of the State Automobile Inspection and a driver in Sughd region, which sparked debates about the behavior of both.
On October 13, a video was published on social networks in which a traffic inspector fell to the ground and was injured. Later, the driver Sahib Davlatzoda was arrested in connection with the incident . He was accused of using force against a representative of the state.
The incident is being investigated, and users are discussing the behavior of drivers and traffic controllers on social networks. One of the users under the nickname “Neka” wrote on YouTube: “Traffic inspectors have gone too far. They stop without breaking the law and get in front of the car.”
Mahina also criticized the officials of the State Automobile Inspection on Instagram and asked them, like “Neka”, to maintain their respect and behave a little better.
Some of the users wrote that the incident should not be assessed unilaterally, as they believe that even the drivers are not blameless.
Mijgona Dostiyeva expressed her opinion on Instagram: “If a driver insults you, or you forget something in a taxi, you will ask for help from the employees of the State Automobile Inspection.”
Another user on YouTube supported the officials of the State Automobile Inspection and said that they are also human and no one has the right to hit a car or do something else.
In the video released by the authorities, it can be seen that the driver and the traffic inspector are arguing. Officials said that the driver stopped the car against the direction of traffic and did not present his document at the request of the traffic inspector.
A user with the last name Khudoyorbekov wrote on Instagram: “If the traffic inspector asked for a document, show it, why didn’t you show it and did you break the law?”
But Mehroj and “Fazik” have a different opinion. They assume that the dispute between the traffic warden and the driver may have started over something else. “There is a lawsuit for non-payment, why else?” Mehroj wrote.
“Fazik” said, “If someone owns a car, he will understand how the employees of the State Automobile Inspection react.”
Tawakkal suggested on Instagram to put surveillance cameras everywhere and to reduce the number of road inspectors to reduce disputes and lawsuits between them. This is despite the fact that in the capital of Tajikistan there is a project of a safe city with countless surveillance cameras, but traffic inspectors are still seen on the roads.
